1. Agreement

When you first enter the Game you tick “I have read and agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy”. By doing so you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Who we are

“Digital Bank Elhazz” is developed and published by Amdady, run by Ahmed Sayed Sayed Abdelfadel. Contact: bankelhazz@amdady.com.

3. Age

The Game is for people aged 16 or older.

4. For fun only

In-game money, coins, cities, buildings and prizes have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be sold or bought outside the Game, and cannot be sent between players outside a match. Table fees and prizes are in coins only; selling or buying coins, accounts or anything from the Game for real money is not allowed and may lead to account closure. There is no real-money betting and there are no real-money prizes. “Bank Elhazz” is the name of a game: the Game is not a bank and offers no financial or banking services. The Game is free; this version has no ads and no in-app purchases.

5. Your account

Your account is a guest account stored on your phone, and you are responsible for your phone and for what happens through your account. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change phones, we cannot restore the same account. Accounts are personal: do not sell yours or buy someone else’s.

6. Rules and respect

Not allowed: offensive names (insults, racist or sexual content), impersonation, or phone numbers, links or contact details in names; cheating, exploiting bugs, or using programs that play for you or modify the Game; attempts to disrupt the servers, access anything you are not allowed to, or reverse-engineer the Game; false reports made to harm others; in chat (table chat and «القهوة»): insults, harassment, threats, racist or sexual content, sharing phone numbers, links or contact details, buying or selling outside the Game, and spam; and playing two accounts from the same phone to win prizes from yourself. If someone breaks these rules we may change their name, mute them, suspend them from chat or from the Game for a period, or close or delete their account, depending on how serious the breach is. You can block any player and mute all chat in Settings.

7. Reports

You can report a player or a problem from inside the Game. We review reports and act when there is a breach. The data kept with a report is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Rights in the Game

The digital game’s design, art, sounds and code belong to Amdady or are licensed to it. You may play the Game for your personal use and record and share videos or images of your play. You may not copy, sell, modify or distribute the Game.

9. Service and updates

We may update the Game, its rules and numbers, and add or remove features; we may require an update to keep playing; and the service may pause for maintenance or be discontinued. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the Game running well, but it is provided “as is”. Outages and disconnections can happen and we do not guarantee uninterrupted play. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for in-game losses (such as a match or progress) caused by outages or disconnections.

11. Ending use

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings, or by following the steps on the account deletion page. We may close accounts that break these Terms.

12. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If a disagreement arises, please email us first and we will try to resolve it amicably.

13. Changes

When we make an important change, we will update the date and version above and ask for your consent again in the Game before you continue playing.
