الطريقة الأسرع: من جوه اللعبة
- افتح اللعبة، وادخل على الإعدادات.
- اختار الحساب.
- دوس «امسح حسابي».
- أكّد. حسابك بيتمسح فورًا.
لو مسحت اللعبة من موبايلك: ابعتلنا إيميل
- ابعت إيميل على bankelhazz@amdady.com وعنوانه «مسح حساب».
- اكتب فيه رقم حسابك (6 أرقام، زي #123456، وبيظهر في الإعدادات ← الحساب)، واسمك في اللعبة.
- هنمسح الحساب خلال 7 أيام بالكتير، ونرد عليك نأكّدلك.
لو مش معاك رقم الحساب، اكتبلنا اسمك في اللعبة وآخر مرة لعبت فيها تقريبًا، وهنحاول نوصل لحسابك. وممكن نسألك عن تفاصيل زيادة نتأكد بيها إنه حسابك، ولو ما قدرناش نتأكد هنقولك.
إيه اللي بيتمسح؟
- بيتمسح فورًا: حسابك، واسمك في اللعبة، وشكلك، ومعرّف الحساب، ورقم الحساب، وسجل موافقتك على الشروط. ومن النسخ الاحتياطية (لو فيه) خلال 30 يوم.
- بيفضل مدة محدودة وبعدين بيتمسح لوحده: تسجيلات الماتشات اللي لعبتها (فيها اسمك في اللعبة وحركاتك) لحد 90 يوم من بداية الماتش، والبلاغات لحد 180 يوم. بنحتفظ بيهم عشان الأمان ومراجعة البلاغات.

حساب الضيف متسجّل على موبايلك بس. لو مسحت الحساب، مش هتقدر ترجّعه تاني، ولو رجعت تلعب هتبدأ بحساب جديد.
Delete your Digital Bank Elhazz account
Fastest: from inside the Game
- Open the Game and go to Settings (الإعدادات).
- Choose Account (الحساب).
- Tap “Delete my account” (امسح حسابي).
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you already uninstalled the Game: email us
- Email bankelhazz@amdady.com with the subject “Delete account”.
- Include your account number (6 digits, e.g. #123456, shown in Settings → Account) and your in-game name.
- We delete the account within 7 days at most and reply to confirm.
If you do not have your account number, send your in-game name and roughly when you last played, and we will try to find your account. We may ask for more details to confirm it is yours; if we cannot confirm it, we will tell you.
What is deleted?
- Deleted immediately: your account, in-game name, look, account ID, account number and your consent record; from backups (if any) within 30 days.
- Kept for a limited time, then deleted automatically: recordings of matches you played (with your in-game name and moves) for up to 90 days from the start of the match, and reports for up to 180 days, for safety and report review.

A guest account lives on your phone only. Once deleted it cannot be restored; if you play again you start with a new account.
